A funnel is the Outsell back end name for the add-to-cart pop-up that gets triggered when customers are looking to purchase a certain product from your store.

Each funnel can be made up of either specifically chosen product recommendations, AI-recommended products or add-on services and gift cards that behave the same way a product would.

Each individual element that makes up a funnel is called an offer.
